Wayside Cross Ministries is launching a community-wide collection drive, and we invite YOU to be a part of this powerful initiative to support individuals and families in need throughout our local area. Whether you’re cleaning out your closets, shopping for a cause, or simply want to give back, this is your chance to make a tangible difference.
For decades, Wayside Cross Ministries has been a beacon of hope for those facing homelessness, addiction, and life challenges. Through their programs and services, they provide food, shelter, counseling, and job training to help people rebuild their lives and achieve self-sufficiency. But they can’t do it alone—they need your help.
How You Can Get Involved:
Wayside Cross Ministries is collecting essential items that will directly support their clients. Here’s how you can contribute:
Donation Needs:
- Clothing: New or gently used men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing (all sizes, especially winter gear like coats, gloves, and scarves)
- Non-Perishable Food: Canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, and other long-lasting food items
- Toiletries & Hygiene Products: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, and other personal care items
- Household Items: Linens, blankets, small household appliances, and cleaning supplies
- Bibles & Devotionals: Encouraging reading material for those in recovery or facing life’s struggles
- Gift Cards: Grocery store or department store gift cards to support those starting over or in need of special items.
