Description:
We are seeking for an enthusiastic, competent Office Coordinator to join our team with opportunities for professional growth in an enjoyable career.
Essential Functions:
- Candidate will play a critical role in ensuring we are screening and hiring the best
possible talent. - Research ideas for developing creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified
candidates. - Develop a pipeline of candidates by constantly pre-recruiting new talent.
- Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Department.
- Ensure company compliance with all relevant employment laws.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate and creative when needing to recruit hard-to-find qualified talent.
- Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Full-Time).
- Weekends required.
- Overtime.
