Scale Operator
Location: Elgin, IL. 60123.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
Hours: 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Pay: $19 p/h.
Shift: 1st.
Description:
Company leading in recycling for 30 years is seeking qualified personnel to operate weighing equipment, such as scales. This is your opportunity to be part of an expanding team of professionals.
Main activities:
- Learn the material / product.
- Weigh the product utilizing appropriate scale.
- Data entry on computer (Good computer skills required).
- Lifting up to 50lbs. occasionally.
- Long period standing during job & standing by computer.
- Must wear PPE (Steel toe shoes, weather appropriate clothing, safety gloves, & other as provided).
- PPE: Steel toe shoes, weather appropriate clothing, safety gloves, & other as provided.
- Lifting Requirement: Lifting up to 50 LB Occasionally.
- Language Requirement: Bilingual (Fluently English & Spanish Speaking).
Skills Required: Data Entry on Computer (Good Computer Skills Required).
