Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Candidate will play a critical role in ensuring we are screening and hiring the best
    possible talent.
  • Research ideas for developing creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified
    candidates.
  • Develop a pipeline of candidates by constantly pre-recruiting new talent.
  • Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Department.
  • Ensure company compliance with all relevant employment laws.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate and creative when needing to recruit hard-to-find qualified talent.
  • Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Basic Computer knowledge.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (Full-Time).
  • Weekends required.
  • Overtime.
