We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support various operational activities. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while assisting with the execution of daily duties and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.
• Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by setting up tools, equipment, and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.
• Manual Labor: Engage in various physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, and assembling as required by the project.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople and other team members with their tasks. Follow instructions and complete assigned duties efficiently.
• Inspection: Assist with inspecting and verifying work quality to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.

 Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Experience: Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is advantageous but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety practices.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.

• Work is performed in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
